Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Sidekicks CRM. By accessing or using any part of the Sidekicks CRM platform or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber," "User," or "you") and The Social Sidekicks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the provider of Sidekicks CRM, a pre-built real estate lead management and automation platform.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any feature of Sidekicks CRM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein.
2. Description of Services
Sidekicks CRM is a GoHighLevel-powered snapshot-based CRM platform designed for real estate agents, brokers, and teams. The platform provides:
- A pre-built CRM snapshot installed into your own GoHighLevel sub-account
- Automated lead capture, response, and nurture sequences
- Pipeline management, appointment booking, and communication tools
- Access to onboarding resources, video libraries, and support
- On the Pro plan: a real estate funnel library, sphere campaign pack, social media content calendar, AI prompt library, quarterly snapshot updates, and monthly group office hours
- On the Team plan: a fully custom CRM build, multi-agent setup, and dedicated account management
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
3. Eligibility
To use Sidekicks CRM, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
- Use the platform for lawful business purposes only
- Possess or obtain a valid GoHighLevel account (required for Solo and Pro plans)
- Operate within the United States or a jurisdiction where our services are legally available
Sidekicks CRM is a business-to-business (B2B) platform intended for licensed real estate professionals and business entities. It is not intended for personal, consumer, or non-commercial use.
4. Accounts & Registration
When you create an account with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or are used fraudulently.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
Sidekicks CRM is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans include:
- Lead Engine — Solo: Monthly or annual subscription. Self-serve installation using our onboarding library. Requires your own GoHighLevel account.
- Lead Engine — Pro: Monthly subscription. Includes all Solo features plus the full marketing asset library. Requires your own GoHighLevel account.
- Lead Engine — Team: Setup fee plus monthly subscription with a 6-month minimum commitment. Fully custom build. Application required. Limited spots per quarter.
5.2 Billing & Payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a reasonable grace period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance written notice to active subscribers
5.3 Cancellation Policy
- Monthly plans (Solo & Pro): You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
- Annual plans: Annual subscriptions may be cancelled but are non-refundable. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Team plan: Governed by the 6-month minimum contract. Early termination of the Team plan may result in the remaining balance of the minimum term becoming due.

5.4 Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused features, or dissatisfaction with results. Given the nature of digital software delivery and the pre-built snapshot installation, all sales are final upon delivery of the CRM snapshot.
If you experience a material technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing the platform, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, provide appropriate service credit.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sidekicks CRM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or other applicable laws
- Collect, process, or store data about individuals without proper legal basis, disclosure, or consent
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Sidekicks CRM snapshot without written authorization
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
- Impersonate any person, entity, or brand in communications sent through the platform
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all automated text messages, calls, and voicemail drops sent through Sidekicks CRM comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state laws. This includes obtaining proper consent before sending automated communications to any contact. We are not liable for your compliance obligations.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Sidekicks CRM — including but not limited to the CRM snapshot, pre-built sequences, funnel templates, campaign copy, social media content, AI prompts, branding, and documentation — are the exclusive property of The Social Sidekicks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Sidekicks CRM snapshot and included assets for your own real estate business. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without our express written consent.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you input into the platform, including your lead and contact database. By using Sidekicks CRM, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Sidekicks CRM is built on and requires integration with GoHighLevel, a third-party platform. Your use of GoHighLevel is governed by GoHighLevel's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are independent of these Terms.
We are not responsible for GoHighLevel's performance, availability, pricing changes, policy changes, or decisions to modify or discontinue their platform. Any disruption to the GoHighLevel platform may affect your access to Sidekicks CRM, and we will not be liable for such disruptions.
Similarly, integrations with Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, and other third-party services are subject to those platforms' own terms and conditions.
9. Disclaimers
Sidekicks CRM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Guarantees of specific business results, lead conversion rates, transaction volume, or revenue
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any platform content or resources
- Warranties related to third-party platform availability or performance
No income or results guarantee: Sidekicks CRM is a tool designed to support your real estate business. Results depend on numerous factors including your market, lead sources, follow-up practices, and individual business activity. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from using the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Social Sidekicks and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill
- Damages arising from your inability to access or use the platform
- Damages resulting from third-party platform changes or discontinuation
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or data
In all cases, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Sidekicks CRM shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Social Sidekicks and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of Sidekicks CRM in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your failure to comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or other communication laws
- Any content, data, or communications you transmit through the platform
- Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
12. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the Cancellation Policy in Section 5.3
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that is harmful to us, other users, or third parties
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Sidekicks CRM snapshot and all associated assets will cease
- Any data within your GoHighLevel sub-account remains your responsibility under GoHighLevel's terms
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Sidekicks CRM shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Centre County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against The Social Sidekicks.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
- Sending an email notification to the address on file for your account (for material changes)
Your continued use of Sidekicks CRM after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
